Jonas Rosén, a veteran of the DIY experimental scene for over 30 years, is known for collaborations with Fred Lonberg-Holm, Merzbow, Richard Pinhas, and more. After the closure of his long-running project Senza Testa (2007–2024), Rosén returns with a new alias: F A I D R O S.
Blending analog synths, deep arpeggios, and dark ambient textures, Faidros draws inspiration from Tangerine Dream and Klaus Schulze — with a stripped-down, futuristic edge. The debut features two long-form tracks, mastered by Stefan Betke (Pole), and was recorded at Studio Djupvik.
Released on October 17th 2025 on limited vinyl (200 copies), European & Japanese cassettes, and digital via Djupviks Elektronik. Also available: an exclusive Eurorack module replicating sounds from the album — handbuilt by Rosén himself.
Strictly limited pre-soldered F A I D R O S eurorack reverb/switched capasitor filter with intigrated noise source. A unique Djupviks module based on a modular synth patch used to the intro on the F A I D R O S Lp. Includes power chord and M3 Screws.
