RARE FIND!  

Ex-Soviet era GT308V germanium transistors.

Sometimes known as 1T308V (don't confuse the english and cyrillic alpha characters B and V!)

p-n-p, Hfe 80-150 spec

NOS germanium transistor
Generally low leakage and great tone

Used in a number of classic  fuzz projects: FuzzFace, Rangemaster, Tonebender, FuzzFactory etc.

 

We sampled a number of these, values range from the low 40's to the high 70's

(note: hFE of a transistor is the current gain or amplification factor for that transistor)
