IC Tube Locking Pin / Chip Lifter

This is our favorite go-to for lifting out those pesky little snap-in plastic pins that hold thru-hole ICs in their storage tubes. It was designed to help lift thru-hole ICs off of a PCB or out of a socket, and we use it for that purpose too.
