Note courtesy of Jack Schoonover in 2021: “it doesn't seem quite possible to reach a maximum of 7.000V when adjusting the 10k trimmer R10--it tops out at 6.992V in my case. Swapping R5 from 20k to 15k does the trick and now it can reach 7.000V properly (intermediate values look pretty dead on too),
