Two matched PNP devices, U.S.-made, branded and JEDEC-numbered (2Nxxx) old-stock, tested in the Fuzz Face circuit. Supplied with resistors used in biasing. Will also work in Bear Face, "Two-knob" Tone Benders, "69", Fuller Mods, etc. We necessarily use a variety of types, so can't usually promise specific part numbers. We do, of course, guarantee low leakage, reasonable noise floor and correct biasing.

    Just finished the build and my FF sounds great. Very interesting that the R4 proper value for my transistor pair is 330 ohm and not the 470 ohm shown on most schematics. If R4 is not the proper value for a specific transistor pair, the FF will probably not be what you are hoping for. Much easier to purchase a transistor pair with the proper resistors than just putting in what the internet schematics show.
