newest version also includes mounting holes for the optional midimplant board

NOTE: THIS VERSION OF THE GATEBOOSTER PCB HAS THE SILKSCREEN LABELS REVERSED FOR THE TRIGGER IN AND GATE IN. There is no connection between G1 and Gate In-   It needs to be connected to a switched jack so if an external gate is used it breaks the gate from the MIDImplant (if installed)
