Shipping and Delivery Information
US and International Shipping Information
Minimum shipping for any order is $6.99
Shipping is FREE for any orders over $90 (for orders weighing less than 5lbs) Orders weighing 5 lbs or more do not qualify for the free shipping offer.
Important: Our store software and shipping calculator should provide these rate options for you. It may take us some time to ‘fine tune’ our catalog so everything reflects accurately. If your order qualifies for a discounted rate and it does not appear in your cart, you can check out and we will manually refund any excess shipping charge based upon the rate your order qualifies for.
Your items will be shipped from the synthCube shop in Bedford, MA.
Shipping estimates will be calculated based on best available option at the time you order based on the quantity of items, weight and shipping dimensions.
LOST PACKAGES: synthCube will replace any lost packages based on the following policy: 1) Packages listed as being ‘delivered’ by the shipping service will not be replaced. 2) USPS First Class International shipments that do not arrive within 10 weeks from shipping date are eligible for a customer replacement claim initiation.
USPS Priority Mail International, DHL Express and UPS International shipments that do not arrive within 5 weeks from the shipping date are eligible for a customer replacement claim initiation. Claims will not be honored if made after 3 months from shipping date, therefore synthCube is not responsible for replacing the order.
SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Claims for damaged items will only be accepted within 10 days from the arrival of the package. We will require pictures of the damaged items and the original packaging in order to pursue claims with the shippers. synthCube has the right to wait up to 4 weeks from the claim initiation date to issue a replacement.
RETURNS: All returns must be pre-arranged and need to be requested via email within 10 days from arrival. If you received an incorrect/defective item, we will send a replacement and a return label. If you wish to return your order for any reason that is not synthCube’s responsibility, you are responsible for shipping costs.
SHIPMENTS RETURNED BY POSTAL SERVICE TO THE SHOP: We occasionally get overseas parcels returned. If your parcel is returned you have two options: 1) Cancel the order. We will refund the total order value less the shipping costs. 2) Request that we re-send the order. We will invoice you for the shipping and ship the parcel a second time. We will hold returned parcels for six months and make attempts to contact you. If unable to do so, the order is forfeit.
CONTACT INFORMATION: Please make sure your telephone number is accurate in your user profile. This is included on the label for overseas shipments so your local customs/duty/delivery service can contact you. Many customs/duty/delivery services will return packages to us if they cannot reach the recipient via telephone.
Credit card orders over US$500 will be held a minimum of ten days before shipping due to an increase in recent credit card fraud.
