Oh My Darling(ton) Rangemaster Pair

You Can have a "perfect" NPN Germanium Rangemaster device for less than you would think. These parts are audited and tested to bias to the GEO spec if wired as a Darlington pair with the bias resistors we specify. All pairs will be NOS Sylvania as shown, but may be made from a variety of type numbers.
