Four Pots IC MV-56

The MV-56 reads the resistances of up to four pots, stores the values nd uses the data to control up to four Microchip MCP4151 digital pots. Stores up to 128 programs, MIDI-compatible. Specifications, data sheet and typical applications can be found here.
