Music From Outer Space (MFOS) was founded by the late, great Ray Wilson.
synthCube is honored to carry on the production of MFOS synthesizers and modules.
Ray Wilson was a pivotal figure in the DIY synth and modular synthesizer world, not only due to his countless
beloved synthesizer and module designs, but also due to his impact on the education of future synthesizer makers
and hobbyist builders alike.
Through his tireless work, Ray Wilson turned MFOS into what is arguably the world's best synth DIY educational resource.
developed by Ray Wilson. In addition, we have plans underway to improve and extend MFOS modules, including moving MFOS designs
into recognized modular synthesizer formats like 5U and eurorack.
All of the content, humor, documentation and imagery will be retained to support the existing and new generations
of synth DIY enthusiasts. Ray's spirit lives on through each of the MFOS projects that get built!"
