NOS NPN silicon, Hfe 120 to 220. The PEAK instrument IDs them as Darlingtons, but a few in the lot are marked with the part number and all test similarly. This was one of the first commercially available silicon types in the late '50s. Try them in a Big Muff or for Q2 in a silicon FF.
