They were sorted to be 2N1300 but were house-numbered for a customer. There are jewels in this lot if you want/like to hunt: They are all low-leakage. 80% are low-gain (20s through 40s). Another 10% get into the 50s, and the last 10% get into Fuzz Face buckets. Give them a little time with your meter and you will not be disappointed.
