A "hybrid" NPN Germanium Rangemaster device built with a Fairchild "Dot" as Q1 and a Texas Instruments 2G30x as Q2. All pairs are audited and tested to bias to the GEO spec if wired as a Sziklai Darlington pair with the bias resistors we specify.
